Leaks show it may have 6.78 inch 3D curved AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 1,400 nit peak brightness for great visuals and smoothness. It will run on Unisoc T620 processor with up to 8GB RAM (expandable to 16GB) and 256GB storage for everyday use.
In terms of camera, 50MP rear camera and 32MP front camera will deliver great photos and quality video calls. Itel S25 Ultra may also have 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging for all day use. With 6.9mm thickness, it’s also expected to be IP64 rated for durability.
